Conditions define which users are processed by a rule.
Each available condition can be configured individually or left unchanged. A user is processed only if all configured conditions are met.
The following conditions are currently available:
| Condition | Description |
|---|---|
| User Groups | Restricts the rule to specific Joomla user groups or excludes selected user groups. If no user groups are selected, users from all groups are considered. |
| Account Status | Determines whether all users, only enabled users, or only blocked users are processed. |
| Login Status | Determines whether all users, only users who have never logged in, or only users who have logged in at least once are processed. |
| Registration Activation | Filters users based on the activation status of their registration, for example only activated or only non-activated accounts. |
| Protect Super Users | Excludes users with Super User privileges from processing. It is recommended to keep this option enabled, especially for security-critical rules. |
Multiple conditions can be combined to narrow down the selection of users as precisely as required.
Tip: Use the preview of matching users together with Simulation Mode to verify new rules before using them in a production environment.
