Can I combine multiple conditions?
Yes. You can configure multiple conditions. However, a user is processed by a rule only if all configured conditions are met.
Can a rule perform multiple actions?
No. Each rule can perform exactly one action. If you want to perform multiple steps—for example, send an email first and block a user later—you need to create multiple rules.
Are emails sent in Simulation Mode?
No. When Simulation Mode is enabled, no changes are made and no emails are sent. All actions are only simulated and recorded in the log.
How often are rules executed?
Rules are executed whenever the corresponding Scheduled Task runs. The execution interval is configured in Joomla.
Can I exclude certain users from a rule?
Yes. Entire user groups can be excluded from processing.
Are Super Users protected?
Yes. Super Users can be excluded from processing to prevent accidental changes to important administrator accounts.
Can I test a rule before using it in a production environment?
Yes. Use Simulation Mode to test your rules. You can also use the user preview to verify which users will be processed by a rule.
What happens when I delete a rule?
Deleting a rule removes only the rule itself. User accounts, email templates, and existing log entries remain unchanged.

During a complete uninstallation, all extension files and related database tables are removed. This includes rules, email templates, and log entries.
